Capitalism

Capitalism

Days seem just to wether away

Slowly the way leaves break

Monetary issues rears its head

Consuming my mind and it aches

You see I’m not a money man

Nor will I ever will be

I do things out of love

Not to control thy

But I live in America

A capitalist country

Money means everything

If you ain’t working

then you not doing nothing

If you ain’t owning

Then you are the product

But I’m not into this, not nada

I’m trying to be free like yeezy

who made Donda

It seems to live happily in America

you have to chase this dollar

Even though love has the almighty power

So my mind aches

It’s like hearing rusted metal screeching

“ Get a job

Get a job

Or live the life of the robbed “

I’ll be damn if I become product too

For a major own company

If you ain’t the owner

Then you are product

This line keep me on the outskirts

But time seems to wether away

And this poetry ain’t making bank
